How does this app work?
Stock On Demand carries a catalog of items in its warehouses ready to be shipped on your behalf. This application allows you to select the items which you wish to sell in your store. Once an order is received, the app sends the order data to the warehouse for fulfillment. There is no action to take on your part.
Do I have to update order status or tracking information?
No, you don't need to do anything. The tracking information and order status are automatically updated for you.
How much do the products cost me?
Your cost of the items is listed in the product-selection page. This is an 'all-in price', i.e. it includes the shipping cost. It is up to you to set your own price and charge the customer shipping or offer free shipping even.
How often am I billed?
We bill your card on file no more than once per day.
How long does it take to ship an order?
An order received before 2pm EST typically ships the same day. If not, it ships the next business day.
Do I need to manage inventory?
No. The app automatically updates available inventory counts in your store. This happens about once an hour.
